To access the Web/Mobile Administrator page in Strategy Cloud, please use the following URLs to connect (where "machinename" refers to the actual machine name of the corresponding I-server/Web-server in Cloud 1.0 or Cloud 3.0):
Web Administrator: https://machinename:8443/MicroStrategy/servlet/mstrWebAdmin
Mobile Administrator: https://machinename:8443/MicroStrategyMobile/servlet/mstrWebAdmin
*Note that you will need to use the corresponding Tomcat webadmin user account to access these admin pages. If you do not have the corresponding Tomcat webadmin account credentials for your environment, please contact Strategy Technical Support.
