KB47713: Certain versions of MicroStrategy do not display in the advanced drop down of Update Privileges when upgrading Intelligence Server components in MicroStrategy Configuration Wizard 9.x.

SYMPTOM:
When upgrading Intelligence Server components and selecting the 'Advanced' option for privileges, not all versions are displayed in the drop down for Update Privileges:

CAUSE:
This is working by design. A version of Strategy will not be populated in this list unless the privileges have changed from prior versions.
For instance, the privileges for 9.2.1, 9.2.1m, and 9.3.0 are the same, so 9.2.1m and 9.3.0 will not be displayed in this list. Some privileges have been updated between 9.3.0 and 9.3.1, so 9.3.1 will be in this list.
ACTION:
When upgrading Intelligence Server components, select the most recent version of Strategy in the list prior to the version of the pre-upgrade metadata. One example of this is if the pre-upgrade metadata is on 9.3.0, select 9.2.1 from the list.
