This issue is seen when running reports against any DB2 z/OS table that contains a special character such as a $ symbol in the table name, prefix name or column name.
CAUSEThis is a known issue in Strategy version 9.4.x. In Strategy 9.4.x, the SQL engine incorrectly encloses table names/ column names /table prefix containing special characters with square brackets. SQL containing square brackets is not an acceptable SQL syntax for the DB2 z/OS database. In the above example, the special character $ is contained in the table prefix and hence is enclosed in square brackets by the Strategy 9.4.x SQL engine.
