KB47767: "There is no trust token for this web server" error message appears when attempting to log in using trusted authentication using MicroStrategy Office 9.x and 10.x

After following the steps outlined in technical note TN41359 - How to configure Trusted Authentication for MicroStrategy Office 9.2.x and later in order to configure trusted authentication for MicroStrategy Office, the following error is encountered when attempting to login using trusted authentication:

After following the steps outlined in technical note TN41359 - How to configure Trusted Authentication for Strategy Office 9.2.x and later in order to configure trusted authentication for Strategy Office, the following error is encountered when attempting to login using trusted authentication:

There is no trust token for this web server. Please contact the administrator


ACTION:
Verify that the token file physically exists on the machine running Strategy Web Services and that the token file is named according to the Intelligence Server machine name (I-SERVER_MACHINE_NAME.token). The token file is created in the Strategy Web Services deployment root directory when establishing a trust relationship.
Alternatively, if Strategy Web Services connects to a Intelligence Server cluster, follow the steps outlined in KB47766 - How to setup a trust relationship for MicroStratey Office 9.x against an Intelligence Server cluster using MicroStrategy Office 9.x
If the token file exists and Intelligence Servers are not clustered, contact Strategy Technical Support for further investigation of this issue.
