KB47789: The date format in the Filters section is different from the one in Visual Insight grid in MicroStrategy Web 9.4.1

SYMPTOM:
 
When users create a Visual Insight in Strategy Web 9.4.1, the date format in grids is different from the one in the Filters section.
 
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

• Change the following settings:
  system date format: dd/mm/yyyy
  system language: English (New Zealand)
  Strategy Web User Preferences: English (United Kingdom); Time Zone: (GMT + 12:00) New Zealand
  
• Create a Visual Insight dashboard and insert a grid with "Day" and "Profit".
• Add the attribute "Day" to the Filters section.
• In the grid, the date format is dd/mm/yyyy. However in the Filters section it is mm/dd/yyyy .
  
  

 
CAUSE:
 
This is a known issue of Strategy Web 9.4.1. I was fixed in Strategy 10
