In Strategy Mobile for iOS, users are presented with the option to pre-execute reports and documents and store them as History List messages. This allows users to retrieve the document or report results immediately instead of having to run them interactively and wait for the results.
This feature is exposed during report and document execution in Strategy Mobile, through a "View Later" button:

Disabling this feature in Strategy Mobile for iOS
This "View Later" button can be disabled in Strategy Mobile by disabling deferred execution in the Strategy customizations property file, MSTRCustomizations.plist:

After these changes are made, reports and documents will no longer show the "View Later" button. Execution can still be cancelled using the "X" in the top left corner.
