KB47823: How to prohibit exporting and printing at the document level in MicroStrategy Web 9.4.1 and above.

In some scenarios, users may want to disable exporting and print functionality for certain report service documents which may contain privacy information. Below is a step by step instruction on how to prohibit users using exporting and printing an individual document in Strategy Web.  
 

• In Web, edit the document in design view.
• Go to Tools -> Document Properties.
   
  

• In the Properties panel, under Document -> Run Modes, uncheck all options of the Available Export Formats, as highlighted below.
   
  

 
 
Note: Once the settings have been applied, all users and groups will be restricted to do export in this document.
