SYMPTOM:
The search box in Strategy Web 9.4.1 disappears and greys out when user hovers over the box on Safari 7 as shown below:
This is specific to Strategy Web 9.4.1 as version 9.4.0 does not have this issue:
CAUSE:
This is a known issue with Strategy Web 9.4.1 when used with Safari 7.
ACTION:
Contact Strategy Technical Support for an update on this issue.
WORKAROUND:
Safari 7 is the only known browser to have this issue, so users can use any other browser and should not encounter the issue.
