KB47885: Selected blank prompt values change from DESC form to ID on second execution of a report.

SYMPTOM:
 
In Strategy Web 9.4.1, the selected blank prompt values change from the DESC form to ID on the second execution of a report.
 
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
Follow the steps below to reproduce the issue with the Strategy Tutorial project:

• Update the 4th line of CATEGORY_DESC column in LU_CATEGORY to null.
• Create a report and add the Category attribute, Revenue metric, and an attribute element prompt on the Category attribute.
• Run the report and select the blank value as shown in the image below:
  

• Re-prompt the report and note that the value from ID form is displayed in the selected prompt. 
  

 
CAUSE:
 
This is a known issue with Strategy Web 9.4.1
