SYMPTOM:
When using Strategy Mobile 9.x and 10.x application for Android and opening a Visual Insight dashboard, all visualizations appear as grids, as shown below:
Below is the same dashboard in Strategy Web 9.4.1:
CAUSE:
This is a limitation of Visual Insight dashboards in Strategy Mobile 9.x and 10.x application for Android. A request has been logged to support Visual Insight dashboards in Strategy Mobile application for Android.
ACTION:
Currently this issue is still being reviewed for feasibility by our Technology team and it is not scoped for any upcoming scheduled Strategy release.
