SYMPTOM:
While viewing Visual Insight dashboards in Strategy Mobile 9.x and 10.x, the user may wish to drill on attribute elements, but is unable to do so. By pressing and holding, they are able to highlight the attribute element, but no options are shown for drilling. However, they are able to drill using the attribute headers.
Conversely, while viewing the same dashboard in Strategy Web 9.x and 10.x, they will be able to drill on the attribute elements as expected.
CAUSE:
This is a known limitation of Visual Insight dashboards in Strategy Mobile 9.x and 10.x. An enhancement request has been created for this issue.
