SYMPTOM:
Subscriptions append current time stamp to the subscription name. The time reflected is sometimes different to Web default time zone and intelligence server time.
For example,
- A subscription sets its name with the time stamp as 2:12p.m., which is in this case, 1 hour behind actual time.

- The machine's local time is in EST, 3:13p.m.
- The intelligence server date command produces
<Day> 15:12:15 EDT 2014

CAUSE:
Subscriptions time stamp is taken from the local machine where the subscription is created. Conflicts may occur if the time zone has been modified.
ACTION:
A. Set the machine name to the right time zone from the initial configuration.
B. Change the time zone to something different and restart before updating to the desired/actual time zone.
