SYMPTOM:
Strategy Mobile application crashes or navigates back to the home screen when a mobile URL API link to open a specific information window is invoked inside a HTML container.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Create an HTML document containing a mobile URL API link to open a specific information window in a document e.g.: mstr://?evt=2048500&panelName=test
2. Create a document with the aforementioned information window and with an HTML container pointing to the previously created HTML document.
3. Run the document on an iOS device. The link navigates back to the home screen.
CAUSE:
This is a known issue with Strategy Mobile application 9.4.1 Update 3.
ACTION:
This issue is fixed in Strategy Mobile application 10 for iOS.
WORKAROUND:
If the same link is defined on a text box or without HTML containers, it works properly.
