SYMPTOM:
In Strategy 9.4.1 Hotfix 3 to Hotfix 6, “System Error 0x80004003 (2147500035): --- Invalid pointer” error occurs when running an incremental refresh report as shown below:

This issue does not happen in Strategy 9.4.1 GA - 9.4.1 Hotfix 2.

CAUSE:
This is a known issue with Strategy versions 9.4.1 Hotfix 3 to 9.4.1 Hotfix 6.

ACTION:
This issue has been fixed in Strategy 9.4.1 Hotfix 7. Upgrade to this version to take advantage of the fix.
