KB483338: MicroStrategy for Office: Troubleshooting a Blank Add-in Sidebar on Windows

Symptom

Trying to use Strategy for Office on Windows, you may be unable to run the add-in. The add-in sidebar appears blank.

Cause

Your system might not meet the requirements for using Strategy for Office.

Action

To avoid this issue, make sure the following conditions are met:

• You need Internet Explorer installed and Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration settings enabled.
• Windows 10 is the only supported Windows version.
