KB483428: In Library Mobile App on iPad the “Go to Target Page” Option Is Not Available When Opening a Dossier from an RSD Link

Starting with the release of Strategy ONE (March 2024), dossiers are also known as dashboards.

Symptom

In the Library Mobile App (version 11.1.001) on iPad when opening a dossier directly from the Library home screen, the option "Go to Target Page" is available. When opening the dossier via a link from a Report Services Document, the "Go To Target Page" option does not appear.

Steps to reproduce

1. Prepare a dossier with a grid that targets other visualizations on another page.
2. Prepare a Report Services Document with an image linking to the dossier using Edit links > Run this report or document.
3. When the dossier is run from library, the functionality is available.
4. If it is run from the RSD, the top bar is different and the edit links functionality is not available.

Cause

This is an identified defect in Strategy Library Mobile App (version 11.1.001) where the option "Go To Target Page" is not available when opening a dossier via a link from an RSD.

Action

This issue has been addressed in Strategy Library Mobile App (version 11.1.020), please update to this  version to receive this fix.
