KB483555: Deploying Community Connectors on WebLogic

Install WebLogic on Windows

1. Download the WebLogic Server installation package from Oracle WebLogic Server Installers.
2. Set system variable JAVA_HOME for JDK, with the value such as <

   folderlocation>\jdk<version>\bin.

3. In Command Prompt (cmd), run the following line:
   

   java -jar <name of the installer file>.jar

   
   
4. Follow the installation and configuration wizards to install WebLogic.
   Stop command:

   stopWebLogic

   
   Start command:

   startWebLogic

   
   

Deploy the Community Connectors WAR File

• In a browser, open the WebLogic console, by going to http://<YourWebLogicServer>:<port>/ console/login/LoginForm.jsp
• Go to Deployments > Install.
  

• Upload the CommunityConnectors.war file.
  

• Select the Install this deployment as an application option.
  

• Enter the name of your application. Leave all other settings as default.
  

• Click Finish.
• After the deployment is successful it should appear as active and healthy.
