KB486177: MicroStrategy Enhances Auto Answers Prompt Generation

Starting with the release of Strategy ONE (March 2024), dossiers are also known as dashboards.
In this update, you can expect more accurate handling of the following functions:

1. COUNT. For example: How many employees scored over 80% in the work safety test?
2. Custom Aggregation using AVG, MIN, MAX. For example: What is the average participation rate across company departments? See the Auto Answers image below for an example using custom aggregation.
3. Filtering on attributes and metrics. For example: How many job applicants reached the final round of the interview? How many customers have deposits over $10k?
4. Percent to Total. For example: What percentage of the total annual sales is contributed by the sales in the month of November?
5. Highest and Lowest. For example: Which state has the most employees?

This update also enhances the performance and stability of the Auto Answers chatbot to provide you with a more reliable experience. Furthermore, Auto Answers are now more concise and to the point. For more details on using the Auto Answers chatbot for data exploration, see Use Auto Answers to Self Serve Insights.
Note: Auto Answers are only supported in Strategy Cloud Environment (MCE) to customers that are subscribed to the Strategy AI add-on bundle. This release solely applies to customers on MCE. To fully benefit from the prompt generation improvements, stability enhancements, and performance optimizations, Strategy recommends upgrading to the most recent Strategy ONE Update 11 release. 
For customers that have already upgraded to Strategy ONE Update 11, please reach out to Strategy Cloud Support for access to MicroStrategy AI . Be aware that this release is only compatible with Strategy ONE Update 11, which was released in September 2023, within the MCE platform. It is not applicable to earlier versions of Strategy ONE.
