KB486246: Encode Visualization Generated by Bots

Starting with the release of Strategy ONE (March 2024), dossiers are also known as dashboards.
For security concerns, when the Enable HTML and Javascript content in dossiers server level setting is on, the HTML content is sanitized before the HTML scripts execute.
The function and visualization types effected by this in Strategy ONE Update 12 include:

• Graph Matrix axis labels and tooltips
• Heatmap data labels and tooltips
• Map (ESRI, MapBox) data labels, legends, and tooltips
• Key Driver data labels

Performance Degradation

After the HTML is sanitized, the rendering time for a Graph Matrix with an HTML tag in it's axis will increase by 2 times more than the Graph Matrix without the HTML tag.
Note: The performance degradation only occurs when the Graph Matrix axis label attribute form is set to HTML tag.
