The user sets an item to be hidden in the Default view and, at the same time, configures this item to be hidden in the Responsive view, which in nature will make it "always hidden".
In addition to this, the user has established some filters in the dossier.
When the user opens this particular dossier in the Library Mobile application and changes some values in the filter, the hidden items get rendered.
This behaviour is caused by a conditional in the logic of the internal code for showing and hiding. In this logic, we update whether a view is visible when the user changes the filter, as a view might change from an invisible state to a visible one.
Unfortunately, in the logic, the view's hidden settings are not taken into account, which results in views that were meant to be hidden being displayed when the users changed the filter.
This behaviour was successfully resolved in Strategy ONE Strategy ONE March 2024. To take advantage of this fix please upgrade to this version or later updates.
