When user needs to update data time zone for Platform Analytics warehouse, below tech note can be followed:

But after updating database to the expected time zone, if using attributes Date, Hour, Minute, they would not be updated as per the change. Only Timestamp attribute data can take affect.
Currently it is by design, only Timestamp attribute data will be updated as per warehouse time zone setting changes. Please use Timestamp attribute in Platform Analytics report instead. If expecting attributes Date, Hour, Minute can be updated as well, please contact Strategy Tech Support for the supported timeline.
