Modifying the recipient of a dynamic date subscription may be necessary. After creating a dynamic date subscription, in Strategy web, the dynamic date component should be retained regardless of where the subscription is modified. However, editing a dynamic date subscription in Workstation causes the date to become static when viewing it in both Workstation and Web afterwards.
1. Using Strategy Developer, create an attribute qualification prompt with "Day" and specify a default prompt answer with dynamic date like Today minus 5.
2. Create a report with this prompt.
3. On Web, create an email subscription with the report and notice that dynamic date is selected as default answer for the subscription.
4. Open the subscription in Workstation and add a new expiration date and save.
5. Go back to Web and check the subscription and notice that the prompt answer turned into a static value.
