In the MCP Console, select the environment and expand it using the + sign.
From the expanded environment, the stop button will allow for stoppage of the instance, while the restart button will restart the entire instance.
To restart, a specific service (Intelligence Server, Web/Mobile/Library server, click the three dots and from there select the stop or restart options).
