Connecting to a Utility Box

When a customer obtains a Utility Box user, the customer should configure a Remote Desktop gateway by selecting the appropriate regional endpoint from the following options:
 
For AWS:

• USE Region – sgatewayuse1.cloud.Strategy.com
• EU Region – sgatewayeuw1.cloud.Strategy.com
• APAC Region – sgatewayaps1.cloud.Strategy.com

 
For Azure:

• US Regions – sgatewayazureus.cloud.Strategy.com
• EU Region – sgatewayazureeu.cloud.Strategy.com
• APAC Regions – sgatewayazureapac.cloud.Strategy.com

 
Customers must use the computer name, which is available in the Strategy Provisioning Console. The format for the computer name is as follows:
 
env-999999waiX

• "999999" should be replaced with the customer's specific environment number.
• "X" should be replaced with the letter that immediately follows the environment ID.

 
Furthermore, customers are required to use the username and password provided by Strategy for the Strategy Utility box.
