KB486946: Known Issues in iOS 18

After upgrading iPhones or iPads to the latest iOS 18 or iPadOS 18 beta, users may notice the following issues running the Strategy Library or Strategy Mobile apps on Strategy ONE (June 2024).
 

• SAML login fails on iOS 18 devices. This is a known issue that will be fixed in Strategy ONE (September 2024). Before applying the fix, follow the workaround in KB486875: SameSite Cookie Setting for MSTR Mobile and Library iOS SAML Authentication.
   
  
• When you run the Strategy Library or Strategy Mobile apps on iPhone and open a dashboard or a document/report that contains a prompt to be answered, the Cancel and Apply buttons overlap with the system title bar. Send the app to background and resume to resolve the issue.
   
  

• In the Strategy Library or Strategy Mobile app, run a document that contains a native Apple map. Then with the map visible on screen, close the document and return to a folder list. The app crashes. This issue only occurs when you close a map and return to a folder list. In a typical customized application with a document or dashboard set as the home screen, this issue does not occur. This is a known issue that will be fixed in Strategy ONE (September 2024).
   
  
• Rounded corners are removed unexpectedly for info windows in a document.
   
  

• In the Library app, tap and hold a dashboard, document, etc. The content menu shown below no longer appears. This is a known issue that will be fixed in Strategy ONE (September 2024).
   
  

• Quick symbols used in thresholds may change in size and weight.
