After enabling AI services for MCE environment, customer will then need to assign necessary permissions from Workstation to ensure end users can fully take advantage of AI features.

Introduction

After enabling AI services for MCE environment customer will then need to assign necessary permissions from Workstation to ensure end users can fully take advantage of AI features. Below steps should be followed.

Steps

  • Configure applications to allow Chatbots:
    Click on the “Applications“ menu in Workstation → Right Click on application “(Default) Strategy” → Edit Application. Then click on the “Components” tab. Enable following options to enable chatbot:

  • 2.Grant the required privileges to the Users/ Groups that you want to provide access to use AI capabilities. Go to User and Groups → Edit User/ Group → Privileges → Enable Strategy AI permissions:

  • 3.Grant the required privileges to the projects, and/or dossiers that you want to provide access to use AI capabilities. Go to Projects → Properties → All Settings → Enable Auto Answers.
