KB487102: How to Resolve Blank Screen Issue with '500/0' Error in Schema Editor in MicroStrategy Workstation

Symptom

Users encounter a blank screen displaying '500/0' when attempting to edit schemas in Strategy Workstation. As a result, no tables are loaded in the schema editor.

Cause

This issue arises due to corrupt logical tables present in the System objects located under Temporary tables to be deleted.

Solution

Follow these steps to effectively resolve this issue:

1. Enable system objects via registry settings by following the steps mentioned in KB19828.
2. Enable Hidden object browsing in Strategy Developer 
3. Navigate to System objects and delete the logical tables present under Temporary tables to be deleted.
