SYMPTOM:
In Strategy Web 9.x and 10.x, when users run a report and select the save option, they are provided with the option to save reports, but not with the option to save the template or the filter.
CAUSE:
Users may not have the correct privileges set up to enable them to save filters and templates in Strategy Web.
ACTION:
In Strategy Developer, the administrator must access the user manager and provide the correct privilege to enable users to save templates and filters in Strategy Web.
Once the administrator has provided this privilege to users, they are able to see the additional options after selecting save in the Strategy Web interface.
