'The Setup program has determined that a reboot is recommended at this time to ensure a clean installation. Not rebooting may result in unexpected behavior.'

CAUSE:
This situation occurs when there is a previous incomplete installation or un-installation. Depending on the changes required during these previous operations, some files that need to be change may not be updated yet as they are still in use. Microsoft operating systems require these files to be updated during the next reboot sequence.

ACTION:
It is advisable to perform this reboot so that all previous required changes are made before a new installation is performed. Otherwise, newly installed files and reboot update instructions may conflict with the previous reboot update instructions.
