KB6170: How to limit the number of attribute elements displayed for a prompt during execution of a report in MicroStrategy Developer 10.x?

To limit the number of attribute elements displayed in a prompt in Strategy Developer 10.x, users must follow the steps below:

• Right-click on the project and select 'Project Configuration.'
• Select the 'Advanced' tab, as shown below:
  

• Change the setting for 'Attribute element browsing' (circled in red above) to the limit that is desired for the project.

 
When the report is executed and the prompt resolution occurs, the display contains the following feature circled in red below:
