KB6746: 'MicroStrategy Intelligence Server returned service specific error -2147761844' error message appears when starting MicroStrategy Intelligence Server

SYMPTOM:
When users start Strategy Intelligence Server, the service fails to start and users see the following error message:

'Strategy Intelligence Server returned service specific error -2147761844.'

CAUSE:
One of the most common causes of this error is the expiration of the evaluation License Ley.
