KB7004: What is the MicroStrategy Intelligence Server User Export Tool included in MicroStrategy Narrowcast Server 9.4.x-10.x?

Strategy Narrowcast Server 9.4.x-10.x includes a Tool that allows users to export Strategy Intelligence Server Users to a CSV file (comma separated value). This CSV file can be later used with the Synchronization Wizard to import the users into the Subscription Book Repository (SBR).
To use the Strategy Intelligence Server User Tool:

• Launch UserExportTool.exe from \Program Files\MicroStrategy\Narrowcast Server\Delivery Engine\Utilities folder.
  

• Enter the Strategy Intelligence Server name.
• Enter the Port Number or leave the default number 34952
• Enter the Administrator login and password.
• Click on the 'Connect' button.
• The Status bar will display 'Connected to Strategy Intelligence Server'.
• Enter the File Location for the result export file.
• Click on the Export button.
• The Status bar will display 'Exporting users to file'.
• When finished, the Status bar displays 'Status: XX users exported to file'.
