SUMMARY
The issue described in this document has been classified as a defect by Strategy.  The issue occurs when running a script in Command Manager to alter the recipients of an email subscription.  
DESCRIPTION
In Strategy Command Manager 10.x, if users run a script to alter the recipients of an email subscription, they may encounter the following error:

Default contact for user 'xxx' was not found.
Task(s) execution completed with errors.

 
CAUSE
This is an identified defect in Strategy Command Manager 10.x.
ACTION
This issue was fixed in version 10.11 and hotfix 7 for version 10.4.
