KB8046: How to determine the upgrade history of the metadata in MicroStrategy Developer

 
EXAMPLE:
The following procedure describes how to check the upgrade history of a Strategy metadata.

• Open the project in Strategy Developer using the Administrator login.
• From the Tools menu in Strategy Developer, select 'Preferences.
• Select 'Browsing' in the left panel and check the box to 'Display hidden objects'.

• Click on 'OK' to exit 'Preferences.'
• Browse to the 'Version Update History' folder to see the metadata versions under which the project is updated. For example, in the project below, the metadata was updated on 8/1/2002 to version 7.02.01 from 7.02.B6.
