KB8119: How to set a fixed column width for Microsoft Excel documents in MicroStrategy Narrowcast Server 9.x - 10.x

The following procedure describes how to set a fixed column width for Microsoft Excel documents in Strategy Narrowcast Server 9.x -10.x:

• Open the report -- which the Information Object uses -- with the report editor included in Strategy Developer 9.x - 10.x.
  
• Select Options under the Grid menu. In the Grid Options window, go to the 'Columns and Rows' tab. Select the 'Fixed Column Widths' radio button and click on 'OK', then 'Save and Close' the report.

NOTE: By default, the pixel size is set to 100 pixels.
