SYMPTOM:
Advanced export format options revert to default in Strategy Developer. These options are shown in the following dialog box:
CAUSE:
When the advanced export options for PDF are configured and the advanced export options for Excel are configured, only the most recently changed option is saved and the previously saved option (in this case, PDF) reverts to default.
It is currently only possible to have customized export options for a single target application type per report. This is logged as an enhancement request to allow multiple export options.
ACTION:
Strategy will continue to investigate and post updates as soon as they are available.t.
