Strategy Command Manager can be used to create a list of users within a single project source for export to Microsoft Excel. To achieve this, perform the following steps:
- Open Strategy Command Manager and log into the appropriate Project Source and provide a user name and password for each user with access to the Command Manager.
- From the Connections menu, click on 'Results' and choose 'To Grid'. This will output the information from the script that will be run in a grid format.
- Select the Choose Outline icon (which resembles a white sheet of paper with a red arrow). These outlines can also be located through the File menu and selecting open script, then, open the folder labeled 'Outlines'.
- From the Choose Outline screen, select the User_Group_Outlines folder. From this folder, select the List_User_Group_Members_Outline, as illustrated below:
