SYMPTOM:
When a user attempts to run a service with a dynamic subscription set, the service never finishes. Within the DE.log file can find the following entry:
Level:Minor Error]Error transmitting to - -1072896767:Unexpected error. DecodePropertyString: Missing equals sign between attribute and attribute value.
CAUSE:This issue occurs because of a misspelling error in the Address Properties slide of the Subscription Information Object. In the Transmission Properties field, the following may be found:
Transmit Type='To' (with a blank space)
Instead of the correct:
TransmitType='To' (with no blank space)
ACTION:Edit the Subscription Information Object and modify the Transmission Properties with the correct instruction TransmitType='To', as shown in the image below:
