LDAP authentication fails in Strategy 2021 Update 1 if the Intelligence Server is on RedHat 8.1, 8.2, or 8.3 and libldap_r-2.4.so.2.10.9 is used as the LDAP connectivity file. For example, symbolic link /lib64/libldap-2.4.so.2 links to library /lib64/libldap_r-2.4.so.2.10.9 on a RedHat 8.1, 8.2, or 8.3 environment and this link is used as the LDAP connectivity file in the LDAP configuration under Strategy Intelligence Server Configuration.
The following error appears in the different Strategy clients when you attempt to log in with LDAP authentication mode.

This is a known issue in Strategy Intelligence Server 2021 Update 1. It also applies to Strategy 2020 and later.
This issue has been addressed and resolved in Strategy 2021 Update 2. Upgrade to Strategy 2021 Update 2 or later to take advantage of the fix.
