KB485573: Library Android App Loop

Starting with the release of Strategy ONE (March 2024), dossiers are also known as dashboards.
Symptom:
In the Strategy Library Android app 2021 U5, when a link to another dossier in a HTML container is clicked, a loop is created.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create two dossiers (Source and Target).
2. Edit the Source dossier. Add a text box and configure a link with a URL. The link is the Target dossier, with the following syntax:

dossier://?url=https://LIBRARYURL/app/project/dossier

1. Add a HTML container in the Target dossier, with the same link:

<a href="dossier://?url=https://LIBRARYURL/app/project/dossier">Link</a>

1. Go to Workstation and create a new Application.
2. Use the Source dossier as the Home Screen of your application. Copy link of the application.
3. Open the application link on the Library app on an Apple device. Both links open the target dossier.
4. Open the application link on the Library app on an Android device. The app tries to open the target dossier but always ends up opening the source dossier, creating a loop.

Cause:

This is a known issue of the Strategy Library Android App 2021 U5.

Action:

This issue has been addressed in Strategy Web 2021 U6. Update to take advantage of the fix.
