Description
When you open Strategy Library, you may notice that some out-of-the-box icons do not display properly, or they appear as symbols that resemble Chinese or Japanese Kanji characters.
Example of Missing Icons
Right click an Object → Get Info (need Read permission on the Object). Users without this privilege will not see the Advanced Settings tab. Cause
The reason these images do not display properly is because the setting "Font Download" is disabled in Internet Explorer.
Solution
To fix the image display, you must enable the "Font Download" setting in Internet Explorer.
- Select Tools from the upper-right corner of the Internet Explorer browser window.
- Select Internet Options.
- Select Security tab.
- Select Custom Level.
- Scroll down to Downloads.
- Under Font Download, select Enable.
- Select OK.
When you refresh the web page, the Library images will appear as expected.
