How should I generate / request a purchased license key? How can I find my license key?
Only Support Liaisons have access to Strategy License keys. Your Strategy Support liaison should go to Downloads Page and click 'Generate Keys'. If the key is not generated automatically, a support case will automatically be created on the person's behalf, and Strategy Technical Support will contact you.
If your support liaison is unable to click the button, please contact support@Strategy.com. You will only be able to use the downloads site to automatically generate keys for versions that are currently under support.
What license key should I use during a trial?

How do I generate Mapbox keys?
For geospatial services and mapping, keys are available in the drop down after clicking 'generate keys' on the Downloads Page.
My license key is not working
Please open a support case.
I think my key may not contain the proper number of licenses.
