License information not visible after upgrading MicroStrategy Workstation to Version 11.3.1030.01130 (2021 Update 9, May 2023)

SYMPTOM

After installing Strategy Workstation Version 11.3.1030.01130 (2021 Update 9, May 2023), the License information is not visible. An empty screen is shown.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Strategy Workstation Version 11.3.1000.00601 (2021 Update 9, April 2023).

2. Connect to the environment.

3. Click on Licenses > The information is visible.

4. Connect to the same environment from Strategy Workstation Version 11.3.1030.01130 (2021 Update 9, May 2023).

5. Click on Licenses > No visible information, it only shows a blank screen:

ROOT CAUSE

This issue has been identified as a defect affecting Strategy Workstation Version 11.3.1030.01130 (2021 Update 9, May 2023).

ACTION

A code fix has been implemented on Strategy Workstation Version 11.3.1060.01793 (2021 Update 10, June 2023). Please update Strategy Workstation to the latest version to take advantage of this fix.
