KB485928: Link to MicroStrategy Library in MicroStrategy Web disappearing when set for only some projects in Intelligence Server cluster and using SAML authentication.

Reproduction

Prerequisites:

• Cluster of at least two Intelligence Server nodes
• SAML authentication
• Strategy Library link configured only for some projects (making sure everything is configured correctly e.g. 'consumerWebBaseURL=' parameter is correctly ser in \Strategy\WEB-INF\xml within the sys_defaults_ISERVER1$PROJECTID1.properties and sys_defaults_ISERVER2$PROJECTID1.properties, sys_defaults_ISERVER1$PROJECTID2.properties and sys_defaults_ISERVER2$PROJECTID2.properties files)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Log in to Web using SAML authentication
2. Go to the project with Library link set up -> Strategy Library link initially appears:

1. Go to different tab/preferences/ different project and go back -> Strategy Library link disappears:

Please note, in other conditions tested, Strategy Library link is always present:

• Cluster of 2 I-server nodes
• SAML authentication
• Library link set up / applied to all projects

• No cluster (only one I-server​​​​​​​)
• SAML authentication
• Library link configured only for some projects

• Cluster of 2 I-server nodes
• No SAML authentication, Standard or LDAP instead
• Library link configured only for some projects
