This issue has been classified as a defect by MicroStrategy. The impact is limited to Mapbox VI as grid export to PDF in MicroStrategy 10.x. A code fix for this issue is not available in current releases.

SYMPTOM:
 
In Strategy 10.x, Mapbox VI displays as grid when export to PDF.
 
 
 
CAUSE:
 
This is a known issue with Strategy 10.x.  
 
 
ACTION:
 
 
Strategy will continue to investigate and post updates as soon as they are available.
