Strategy Mobile and Library Mobile Apps older than the 2021 Update 10 (August 2023) release experience crashes.
Mobile, Library for Mobile, Mobile SDK and Library SDK 2021 Update 11 (September 2023) releases introduce full support for iOS17 and iPadOS 17.
To resolve this issue, customers should upgrade their Mobile and Library Mobile Apps to Strategy 2021 Update 11 (September 2023).
If using Library SDK Integrated with EMM, Mobile SDK Integrated with EMM which are releases that leverage Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) Systems ) then, to enable adoption of the iOS 17 or iPadOS 17 releases, customers will need to update their compiled version of Strategy Mobile and Strategy Library applications together with their deployed EMM. At this time, customers using EMM's should abstain from updating to iOS 17 until Strategy releases the respective EMM SDK update.
