KB441787: MicroStrategy Office addin is not working with table added inside Excel 2016

SYMPTOM:
Strategy Office 10.4.x with Excel 2016 produces this message “error occurred during display”  when converting a column of data to a table and then trying to refresh the data
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Open Excel and use Strategy Office 10.4.x to connect to a project. 
2. Select an existing report in a project
3. Convert a column of data to a table 
4. Try to refresh the data using refresh in Strategy Office tab 

Then you will see “error occurred during display” 

CAUSE:
This issue has been identified as a defect by Strategy in Strategy Office 10.4.
ACTION:
This issue has been fixed in Strategy 2019 GA. Upgrade to this version to take advantage of the fix.
