Contact Strategy Support if:

  • MicroStrategy on AWS website is not reachable
  • You want to provide any feedback regarding the MicroStrategy on AWS product
  • You cannot login into the MicroStrategy on AWS website
  • You have a problem during the provisioning of the Strategy environment
  • You have any problem regarding the Strategy Application 


 

Contact AWS Support if:

  • During any process, deployment or configuration you receive an error in your AWS account
  • If you see any EC2 instance, RDS, ELB or any other AWS service down in your AWS account
  • If you receive an error regarding AWS Service limits
