In versions 10.9 and 10.10, when using Trusted authentication in Library, to select the provider, the configOverride.properties had to be modified.
Starting in 10.11, the list of Trusted authentication providers will show once this option is selected, as shown below:
Once this is selected and the trusted relationship created, trusted authentication can be used for Strategy Library. KB440964
