This article describes an issue a user may encounter after logging into a project source in developer. A solution is provided

SYMPTOM:
When a user logs into a project source in developer, the below message is displayed:

CAUSE:
This issue is caused when the user does not have the required privileges to use developer.
ACTION:
The following privileges are required in the source project in order to use developer.
- Analyst -> Use Developer.
or 
- Architect -> Use Architect editors
